Sub-processors
Version 2026-10-08 · in effect from 8 October 2026
These are the providers that process personal data for us to run Teamline. We give at least 30 days' notice before adding or replacing one (see section 6 of the Data Processing Agreement).
Sub-processors
| Provider | What it does for us | Data | Location |
|---|---|---|---|
| Google (Google LLC and its affiliates) | Google Cloud and Firebase: website and app hosting, sign-in (Firebase Authentication), database (Cloud Firestore), file storage (Cloud Storage), server functions (Cloud Functions), scheduled jobs, secrets storage, logs, and the server that runs the WhatsApp connection (Compute Engine). | All Customer Data and account data. | Qatar (Doha) (database, files and WhatsApp connection server); United States (server functions); other Google facilities for its network and support. |
| AI provider | AI Assistant replies, writing help, translation, summaries and other AI features the Customer uses. | The text needed for each AI request (for example recent messages of a chat, the Customer's AI instructions and business information). Under the provider's terms it is not used to train its models; it may be kept for a limited time to detect abuse. | The provider's facilities worldwide. |
Services you connect (not our sub-processors)
When you connect these, data flows between them and Teamline at your direction, under your own agreement with each provider:
- WhatsApp (Meta Platforms, Inc. and WhatsApp LLC): carries the WhatsApp messages of the numbers you link.
- Your email provider (for example Google Gmail, Microsoft or another IMAP/SMTP provider): stores and delivers the email of the mailboxes you connect.
- Your browser's push service (Google, Apple, Mozilla or Microsoft, depending on your browser): delivers notifications you turn on. Their content is encrypted end-to-end.
